Return Policy
At PIXI we will accept returns on any unused and unopened, non-sale item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that all body care products that have been opened and/or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If you are unsure whether or not your purchase can be returned, please contact us for more information.
Your satisfaction with your purchases from PIXI is very important to us. Please contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you purchase them to ensure that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with our prior authorization, less the shipping costs, or for a credit note provided that it has not been opened or used and is in perfect resalable condition. If the product is not in perfect resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds will be credited in the same manner in which they were received (Paypal, Visa). Please allow 7 business days after our receipt of your returned product to process your refund/exchange. We will inform you by email once your refund has been completed. Actual shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer on all returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges will be deducted from all refund or credit amounts.
